  Rarely check it out, but when I do I'm always left disappointed - the in-store selection is nothing like the website and they have gone the Canadian Tire route by over-pricing regularly-priced items, then discounting the majority of the time. Not a big fan.

  Just to say, I shop at BR all the time and find the quality usually quite good. Really disappointed with the dress. Glad the zipper didn't break during prom. Also tried to go through the BR "contact us" on the website but link wouldn't work. Actually set up a new gmail account. First negative review online ever.

  So my daughter and I were looking for a dress for her boyfriend's prom (not hers so has to wear short?) and she found one in a size zero with a broken zipper at 40% off. She decided that it would be fine but will replace zipper since it was a 40% off that day as well i.e., 80% off. At the checkout the person ringing in our purchases said that she was unable to give us an additional 40% off the dress but would pay for half the zipper. Checked the website while in the store and it was available online. Went home and ordered it. Delivery was awesome. (Un)fortunately? her Dad asked her to show her sister how great a dress it is and try it on. Well guess what? Zipper is broken. We love the dress. We have 5 days before prom and can't now return it and get another one so must replace zipper.
